What was the highlight of Alannia Guardamar
Ideal for a few quiet days
Friendly campsite Pool Laundry facilities Fully equipped cabin Ideal for if you want to stay on site and cook relax Very family oriented site
Although the cabin we had could sleep 5 it would have been very tight. Pool didn’t open until 11am and closed at 6 apart from weekends. Pool bar not open. The small shop on site was well stocked and proved however only open a few hours a day and not on a Monday & Tuesday. Beach access required a car. No where to walk to off site - again needed a car.

It was ok. But not for us
Swimming pool Comfy beds Clean
Staff were not the happiest people. The fee of using indoor swimming pool/gym and wellness was quite expensive and not well written in the description. It's a very strict camping with many rules. On 2 of the 3 days we were there, there was a band playing. But we had to pay to see the band. And because of that there was no possibility to use the bar or restaurant without paying. Also they broke their own rule by playing in siesta time.

What was the highlight of Alannia Guardamar
A great stay
We stayed here as a family of 5 and absolutely loved our stay. The accommodation was spotless, and had everything we needed. We visited the buffet lunch a few times and it was great value for money , something for even the fussiest eaters. The pool was well kept and very quiet during the week which we loved. It was much busier at the weekend though, and we struggled to get loungers. The kids loved the play park, trampoline and games room. We rented a car and I'm glad we did. Although the complex has a little shop, the car came in handy to visit bigger shops nearby and drive to some neighbouring towns for food/beaches/the safari zoo etc. We arrived late at night and a porter checked us in. The on site shop was closed so in hindsight we should have found a 24hour shop on our way to get some water/essentials.

What was the highlight of Alannia Guardamar
A nice site, with a fantastic pool, near the beach, but let down by the food and the lack of privacy
Beautiful site with an excellent lifeguarded, heated pool. The site was well maintained and was just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. On-site mini supermarket with fresh croissants and pain au chocolat first thing in the morning. Very easy drive to Alicante airport.
Cabins were all very close together so felt quite crowded when all were occupied. We found there was much more privacy and spacing at the Alannia Costa Blanca site. Evening buffet was pretty good (but not open on the Wednesday of our stay and virtually no fresh fruit) but the breakfast buffet was pretty awful - we all left most of what we selected as it did not taste good (except the Churros which were lovely!). Evening buffet not open till 8:30pm and most people - especially with kids - ate as soon as it opened and had finished and gone by 9:30pm. We would have liked it to open earlier. Overall we preferred the Alannia Costa Blanca site
